Zhitong Finance APP learned that, according to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 24, Guangzhou Vistec Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Vistec Stock) (002841.SZ) submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Guangfa Securities as its joint sponsors. This is the second time the company has submitted an application this year, as it had previously submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 17th.
