(a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, hereinafter referred to as No. 6 Metallurgical), Seventh Metallurgical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as No. 7 Metallurgical), Yunnan Construction Investment Machinery Manufacturing and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yunnan Construction Investment Machinery), and China Minmetals Twenty-third Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as No. 23 Metallurgical), to win the bid for the "upgrade and transformation project of the electrolytic tank at Qingtongxia" under the "taking over major projects on behalf of smaller ones" scheme.
