Zhtng Cijng APP News, FORTIOR (01304.HK) announced that the Board of Directors has decided to recommend the appointment of Sun Yunzi as joint company secretary. However, this recommendation is subject to approval from the Stock Exchange before taking effect, and will be effective on the day the exemption is granted. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for approval, and the Stock Exchange has granted a conditional exemption in strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, valid for three years from December 24, 2025 (the effective date of Mr. Sun's appointment as joint company secretary), with the following conditions: Mr. Sun must be assisted by Ms. Ma during the exemption period; and if the company seriously violates the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the exemption may be revoked.
