Green Power announced that due to the completion of the registration of the restricted stocks granted for the first time and the reserved portion of the restricted stocks, 37.13 million new shares will be issued. The conversion price of "Green Power Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted. The price before adjustment was 9.05 yuan/share, and after adjustment is 8.89 yuan/share. The adjustment implementation date is December 26, 2025. "Green Power Convertible Bonds" will be suspended for trading all day on December 25, 2025, and conversion will resume on December 26. The total amount of the convertible bonds issued is 2.36 billion yuan, with an initial conversion price of 9.82 yuan/share.
