The pledgee is Shanghai Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Yan Nan holds 6.7 million shares, accounting for 5% of the total shares, with a total pledge of 6.58 million shares, accounting for 98.21% of his total holdings and 4.91% of the total share capital of the company. Yan Nan is not a controlling shareholder or ultimate controller, and this release of pledge will not result in a change of control of the company.
