Lu Xin Venture Capital announced that the controlling shareholder, Shandong Lu Xin Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., holds 509 million shares of the company, accounting for 68.37% of the total share capital. It is planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.4436 million shares through centralized bidding from January 20, 2026 to April 19, 2026, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company. The sources of the shares include administrative transfer, agreement transfer, non-public issuance, and centralized bidding, and the reason for the reduction is for its own operational needs.
