According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hainan Haikeng Yangtze River Leasing Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 900 million yuan. Its business scope includes: aviation business services; sales of aviation transportation equipment; technology import and export; import and export agency, etc. Shareholding penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly owned by Yangtze River Financing Leasing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Airlines Group Co., Ltd., and Hainan Provincial Agribusiness Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
