Sunlight Noble: Signed a 50 million yuan STC008 injection technical development contract.

Sunshine Nuohe announced that the company has signed a "Technology Development Contract" with Xinghao Holdings for the joint development of the STC008 injection project. The project is in the Phase I clinical trial stage and is used to treat tumor cachexia in patients with advanced solid tumors. The company will receive an initial payment of 50 million yuan and subsequent milestone payments, with a total cumulative amount of 100 million yuan, as well as an 8% share of sales net profit. The contract is expected to have a positive impact on future performance, but the long drug listing cycle and multiple processes, as well as various uncertain factors, may affect milestone payments.
