Chengdu Expressway: The toll period for the Shuangliu Airport Expressway has expired, with a total toll revenue of 1.06 billion yuan in 2024.

On the evening of December 23, Chengdu Expressway announced in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Chengdu Shuangliu Airport Expressway, in which its subsidiary Chengdu Airport Expressway Co., Ltd. has invested, will reach the end of its toll collection period on December 26, 2025. According to the notice from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation, starting from midnight on December 26, 2025, toll collection on the Chengdu Shuangliu Airport Expressway will cease, and all vehicles passing through this section will be exempt from toll fees. The company will ensure timely termination of toll collection and carry out relevant follow-up work in accordance with the unified deployment of the superior regulatory authorities. The total toll revenue of the Chengdu Shuangliu Airport Expressway in 2024 was RMB 1.06 billion, accounting for a small proportion of the company's total toll revenue of RMB 14.33 billion in 2024. The expiration of toll collection on the Chengdu Shuangliu Airport Expressway will not have a significant impact on the company's performance.
