Hualan Group Announcement: On November 17, 2025, the actual controlling shareholders Lei Xiang, Zhao Cheng, Wu Guangyi, Zhong Yi, Mo Hailiang, Deng Yongjie and Li Jia signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Xutong Investment, transferring a total of 8.5113 million shares owned by the transferors to Xutong Investment. At the same time, Lei Xiang, Zhao Cheng, Zhong Yi, Mo Hailiang have entrusted all their shareholders' voting rights of 20.1608 million shares to Xutong Investment.
