The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 8.88 million shares at a placement price of HK$22.68 per share to no less than six underwriters, representing approximately 3.83% of the Company's issued share capital immediately before completion, and approximately 3.69% of the Company's issued share capital immediately after completion as of the date of this announcement.
