Huaxia Happiness announced that the company's third extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2025 was originally scheduled to be held on December 31st. On December 21st, the company's board of directors received an email from shareholder China Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd., proposing an adjustment to the previously approved "Meeting Rules for Shareholders Meetings." After verification, it was agreed to cancel the original "Revision Proposal" and resubmit the adjusted proposal for consideration. Apart from canceling the original proposal and adding an interim proposal, the original notice of the shareholders' meeting remains unchanged.
