COFCO Capital: Changes in Vice General Manager and Board Secretary

COFCO Capital announced that due to work adjustments, Jiang Zhenghua no longer serves as the company's deputy general manager and board secretary. He does not hold any shares of the company. On December 23, 2025, the fifth meeting of the sixth session of the board of directors agreed to appoint Vice General Manager and Chief Legal Counsel Jian Xia as the board secretary, with a term until the turnover of the sixth session of the board of directors. Jian Xia previously served as the board secretary of the company from 2021 to 2023, currently does not hold any shares, has no related party relationships or violations, and has been approved for appointment by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
