China Star (00485.HK) has completed the issuance of a total of 42 million subscribed shares.

Zhito Financial News APP, China Hua Star (00485.HK) announced that all the conditions stated in the subscription agreement have been reached and completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement on December 23, 2025. According to the subscription agreement, a total of 42 million subscription shares (accounting for approximately 16.48% of the company's enlarged issued share capital through the issuance of subscription shares) have been issued and allocated to subscribers by the company at a subscription price of HK$0.30 per share.
