Yiqiao Shenzhou announced that recently, the company's controlling shareholder, Aileke, pledged 6 million shares to Huaneng Guicheng Trust Co., Ltd., accounting for 9.21% of its holdings and 4.93% of the company's total share capital. The pledge started on December 22, 2025, for financing purposes. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Aileke and its concerted action person have pledged a total of 25.6 million shares, accounting for 37.71% of its total holdings and 21.05% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares do not face the risk of liquidation and will not have a substantial impact on the company.
