On December 23, a residential land in Haidian District, Beijing was put up for auction. Before the auction started, two real estate companies had already made bids. After several rounds of offline bidding, Beijing Huada Jiyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. finally won the bid with a total price of 8.456 billion yuan. The transaction price was 37,517 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 0.4%.
