The Vietnamese Communist Party congress approved the candidates proposed for the new Central Political Bureau.

According to Vietnam News Agency on the 23rd, the 15th plenary session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam closed on the same day. The meeting approved the proposed list of members of the 14th Central Committee of the CPV to be submitted to the 14th National Congress, as well as the list of candidates recommended for entry into the Central Political Bureau, Secretariat, and key leadership positions of the Party and the country for the term 2026-2031.
