According to the Qichacha App, Hangzhou Yunhong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Lou Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 364 million yuan. Its business scope includes corporate management. The equity penetration information on Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Hangzhou Yuelong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Binjiang Group.
