Jiang Huawei: Wholly-owned subsidiary has renewed the safety production license, valid until 2028.

Jianghua Micro announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhenjiang Jianghua Micro, has completed the renewal of the safety production license and received the certificate issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Emergency Management Department. The certificate is valid from May 18, 2025, to May 17, 2028, and the scope of the license includes various chemicals such as ammonia solution, sulfuric acid, and corresponding annual production capacity. This renewal includes adding new products and production capacity of the second phase project to the scope of the license, which will not affect the normal production and operation of the company and its subsidiaries. Their production and operation comply with legal regulations.
