HSBC: Senior Independent Director Ko An Xian will retire at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting in 2026.

HSBC announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that senior independent director Aian Kho will retire at the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. HSBC stated that the selection of the board chairman has been completed and fully respects her decision to retire for personal and lifestyle reasons.
