Shandong: Support state-owned film and television enterprises in reform and innovation, strengthen their main business, and build state-owned backbone enterprises with international competitiveness.

Twelve departments in Shandong jointly issued "Several Measures to Accelerate the High-Quality Development of the TV series Industry", implementing 24 specific measures in areas such as the three-year promotion action of film and television bases, the empowerment action of film and television shooting technology, and the cultivation action of film and television production entities. It is mentioned that support will be given to state-owned film and television enterprises to reform and innovate, strengthen their main business, and build state-owned or state-controlled backbone enterprises with strong innovative leadership and international competitiveness. Support will also be provided for private enterprises, nurturing and integrating private film and television enterprises and production teams with strong creative and operational capabilities. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises specializing in the TV series industry chain will be encouraged at film and television bases, promoting the organic combination of the industry chain and the innovation chain. Cooperation will be strengthened with top domestic platforms, production organizations, and advanced technology companies to attract more excellent enterprises and projects for landing and development.
