Increase external publicity, encourage domestic companies to combine their own development strategies with local companies to carry out various forms of cooperation such as technology transfer and joint ventures. Explore the creation of flagship projects for solar thermal power generation along the "Belt and Road", while also paying attention to preventing various risks and promoting long-term sustainability of cooperation projects.
