Suzhou Tianmai: Intends to establish a server liquid cooling business company.

Suzhou Tianmai announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Li Wei, Liu Xiaochuan, and Lv Lei to establish a joint venture company called Tianmai Shengtong Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, with the company holding a 92.5% stake. The joint venture company will focus on the research and development, production, and sales of liquid cooling products for servers.
