Shenkangda A: China National Gold Fund is transferring its 11.573 million shares of the company to Electric Science Investment through a non-public agreement, and transferring 22.6795 million shares to China National Taiji through a non-public agreement.

ShenSangda A announcement, the company shareholder ZhongDianJinTou received the approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council forwarded by China Electronics, agreeing that ZhongDianJinTou will transfer its 11.573 million shares of ShenSangda through non-public agreement to Electric Science Investment, and transfer its 22.6795 million shares of ShenSangda through non-public agreement to ZhongDianTaiJi. ZhongDianJinTou has signed a supplementary agreement with Electric Science Investment and ZhongDianTaiJi.
