According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xi'an Zhongyao Rui Property Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Yongling as the legal representative. Its business scope includes non-residential real estate leasing, property management, enterprise management consulting, real estate development and operation, and residential interior decoration and renovation. Equity penetration displayed on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Poly Development.
