Titan Technology: completed the acquisition of 100% equity in overseas company Apollo Scientific.

Titan Technology announced that on July 23, 2025, the company approved the acquisition proposal to acquire 100% of the shares of Apollo Scientific Ltd. held by CentralGlass of Japan using its own or self-raised funds. The company has completed the relevant overseas investment filing and approval procedures, as well as passed the UK national security review. Recently, all parties signed the "Delivery Confirmation Letter", and the company has paid the full equity purchase price. After the delivery is completed, Apollo Scientific will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. However, the transaction carries risks such as foreign exchange losses and uncertain integration effects.
