The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reports that China Sci-Tech industry Investment (00339.HK) has announced that Mr. Yang Zhicheng has resigned as non-executive director and will no longer serve as the Vice Chairman of the company's board of directors due to other business commitments, effective from December 22, 2025.
