Recently, the 2025 Beijing State-owned Enterprises Application Scenarios Conference with the theme of "New Quality Through Scenario Introduction, New Mechanism Through Industry Cultivation" was held at the Beijing National Convention Center, where over a hundred application scenario demand projects were released on site. State-owned enterprise application scenarios are the carrier of deep integration of technology and industry, and also an important practice leading the upgrade of the industrial system. Beijing's state-owned enterprises use scenarios to drive key core technology breakthroughs, achieve breakthroughs in "bottleneck" technologies from 0 to 1 in key areas, and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of scenario application that is jointly built and shared by the government, market, and society.
