In the investor relations activities, Jiangsu Lely revealed that the company has established a strategic cooperation relationship with the quadruped robot manufacturer Nanjing Blue Technology. Its holding subsidiary Dingzhi Technology has formed stable order supplies with Zhiyuan Robot and Maita Intelligent, and has sent small batches of samples to multiple robot body manufacturers and dexterity hand manufacturers. In addition, since the release of the dexterity hand product in May of this year, it has quickly iterated to the third generation, achieving significant improvements in gripping force, operating accuracy, environmental adaptability, and durability. The company's latest development, the linkage dexterity hand, has increased the fingertip force to 12N, the grasping force of the whole hand to 80N, an increase of over 50% from the previous generation. The whole hand has 18 degrees of freedom, equipped with high sensitivity force/tactile sensors, and added joint position sensors to achieve precise force control and adaptive grasping. The company's third-generation rope-driven dexterity hand, driven by flexible tungsten wire tendons, has increased load capacity by 2-3 times and increased service life by 4-5 times. The whole hand has 22 degrees of freedom, with a rotating degree of freedom added to the base of the thumb, capable of gripping tiny objects with a diameter of 5mm. Through lightweight materials and modular design, it combines high flexibility and rapid response capabilities, can safely adapt to irregular object gripping and human-machine cooperation scenarios.
