According to data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development website, on December 20th, there were 235 new housing units sold in Beijing, with a total area of 16,968.62 square meters. Of these, 98 were residential units with a total area of 12,794.23 square meters. Additionally, there were 250 second-hand housing units sold, with a total area of 21,862.14 square meters, including 232 residential units with a total area of 20,956.4 square meters.
