Shandong Heda announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce has made its final ruling on the anti-dumping and countervailing investigation of hard-shell empty capsules originating from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam. The company's countervailing duty rate is 6.90%, while for other Chinese manufacturers/exporters it is 3.14%-8.81%; the company's anti-dumping duty rate is 18.71%, significantly reduced by 153.53% compared to the preliminary ruling, with other Chinese manufacturers/exporters ranging from 0%-18.71%. The U.S. International Trade Commission will announce the final ruling on industry damage in 2026. The final ruling will lower the company's tax deposit amount, with the difference in the previous deposit being refunded, positively impacting the company's performance.
