42 years of service, Anhui's first 500kv cross-rivier power tower demolished by explosion.

At 11 o'clock on December 20th, with the demolition order issued, the Yangtze River South Tower of the 500 kV Feixi Substation to Fanchang Substation transmission line project in Digang Town, Fanchang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, collapsed in a targeted manner with a loud noise. This transmission tower, which has been in service for 42 years, along with the North Tower, which was demolished on December 10th, officially exited the stage of history, marking the completion of the historical mission of Anhui Province's first 500 kV cross-river transmission line. This demolition was carried out to make way for a new national major power project.
