Recently, the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau released the "Guidelines for Intelligent Construction of Metal and Non-metal Mines". The guidelines aim to scientifically and normatively guide the intelligent construction of metal and non-metal mines, focusing on the overall goal of "reducing manpower, increasing safety, and improving efficiency". The guidelines outline the overall framework for the intelligent construction of mines, both open-pit and underground, and specify the construction goals and functional requirements for various systems including information infrastructure, geological support, mining design and production planning, mining operations, transportation operations, auxiliary production systems, safety monitoring, and comprehensive control platform. The guidelines guide mines to explore practical and effective construction models through a functional and effective approach called "one mine, one strategy". The release of the guidelines fills the gap in the top-level design of intelligent construction in the field of metal and non-metal mines, and is of great significance in promoting the construction of a comprehensive and technologically advanced intelligent system for mines.
