The Supreme People's Court solicits public opinions on the judicial interpretation of patent infringement.

On December 20, the Supreme People's Court publicly solicited opinions from the society on the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Infringement Cases", which consists of a total of 31 articles involving jurisdiction, standing of parties, interpretation of claims, infringement comparison, non-infringement defense, changed circumstances, malicious litigation, compensation, among other issues.
