Commodity Futures Trading Commission: As of the week ending December 9, speculators reduced their net short positions in Chicago Mercantile Exchange US 5-year Treasury note futures by 50,965 contracts to 2,396,037 contracts. Net short positions in Chicago Mercantile Exchange US 10-year Treasury note futures were reduced by 50,191 contracts to 686,764 contracts. Net short positions in Chicago Mercantile Exchange US 2-year Treasury note futures increased by 83,392 contracts to 1,388,733 contracts.
