It not only covers mainstream product lines such as logic, 3D NAND storage, and DRAM storage, but also successfully enters the supply chain of top customers in fields such as large silicon wafers, third-generation semiconductors, CIS, MEMS, MicroLED, and advanced packaging. The company has achieved full coverage and mass application in domestic mainstream integrated circuit manufacturing lines.
