According to the Securities Times app, the State Administration for Market Regulation has recently revised the "Prohibition of Monopoly Agreements Regulations", specifying the market share standards and other conditions that must be met for vertical monopoly agreements that are not prohibited. The revised regulations will come into effect on February 1, 2026. For vertical agreements that fix or limit the resale price of goods, if the operator's market share in the relevant market during the agreement period is less than 5%, and the turnover of the goods involved in the agreement is less than 100 million yuan, then it will not be prohibited. For other vertical agreements, if the operator's market share in the relevant market during the agreement period is less than 15%, then it will not be prohibited, without turnover conditions.
