Yongding Group Announcement: The company's controlling shareholder, Yongding Group, due to its own capital needs, plans to reduce its holding of the company's shares by a total of no more than 43.8597 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from October 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026, which is not more than 3% of the company's total share capital. On December 19, 2025, the company received a notice from Yongding Group regarding the early termination of the reduction plan and the results of the reduction. Yongding Group reduced a total of 14.6145 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from October 21, 2025 to December 11, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital; and reduced a total of 4.3525 million shares through block trading, accounting for 0.297% of the total share capital. Based on confidence in the company's development and intrinsic value, Yongding Group has decided to terminate the reduction plan early.
