Nanjing residential land premium 26.35% in deal, floor price hits new high

On December 19th, there were 10 residential land parcels sold in Nanjing, with one parcel selling at a premium and nine parcels selling at the base price. The total transaction amount was 7.319 billion yuan. Among them, after 61 rounds of bidding, a residential land parcel in Jianye District was finally won by Nanjing Olympic Sports Construction and Development Co., Ltd. with a total price of 1.611 billion yuan. The transaction price was 45,325 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 26.35%. The transaction price set a new record for residential land transaction prices in Nanjing.
