The Heilongjiang Meteorological Observatory issued a red alert for blizzards at 11:45 on December 19, 2025: In the past 9 hours, the snowfall at Wuchang Tail Mountain Farm has reached 18.3 millimeters, and at Jiangheshan Farm has reached 16 millimeters. It is expected that in the next 3 hours, Wuchang and Nenjiang will still have 6-8 millimeters of snowfall, with over 20 millimeters of snowfall in the next 12 hours, and a new snow accumulation depth of 15-25 centimeters. Snowfall will be accompanied by 6-7 level gusts, causing blowing snow and low visibility, leading to icy roads and snow-covered road surfaces that will affect traffic, with some road segments blocked by snow. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures.
