Chutian Technology: "Chutian Convertible Bonds" Will Soon Stop Convertible Bond Conversion.

Chutian Technology announced on the afternoon of December 19th that December 19th is the last conversion date for "Chutian Convertible Bonds". Before the market closes on the same day, investors holding "Chutian Convertible Bonds" can still convert them. After the market closes on December 19th, "Chutian Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted will stop converting, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.45 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face investment losses. As of now, there is only half a trading day left until December 22nd, which is the afternoon trading session of December 19th. Bondholders who wish to convert must have permission to trade on the ChiNext board.
