Xinghe Holdings (01891) subsidiary intends to invest approximately RM 17,03.58 million to acquire two properties in Malaysia.

The Zhtng Finance APP News reported that Xinghe Holdings (01891) announced on December 18, 2025, that the company plans to acquire property from its indirectly held subsidiary, Heng Hup Metal Sdn Bhd, with a total purchase price of approximately RM17.0358 million (equivalent to approximately HKD32.3869 million) from Tang Kam Chin.
