Intelligence Finance APP News, Qilu High-Speed (01576.HK) announced that on December 18, 2025, the company (as the lender) signed a loan agreement with Qilu Energy Technology (as the borrower) to provide a loan of up to RMB 50 million to Qilu Energy Technology, with a loan term of one year. On the same day, the company signed a guarantee contract with Zhengchen Technology for this loan. Zhengchen Technology, as a guarantor, will provide joint and several liability guarantee for this loan.
