Mexico's oil refinery operating rate reaches new high in 11 years.
According to a report, with the gradual release of production capacity from Mexico's largest refinery, the country's refinery system has recently reached its highest operational level in 11 years. Overall, last week, Mexico's national oil company's refinery system processed a daily average of 1.35 million barrels of crude oil. The last time the company processed over 1.3 million barrels in a day was back in April 2014.
