Hualing Cable Announcement: The company has signed the "Cash Acquisition Agreement of Anhui Sanchu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. between Hunan Hualing Cable Co., Ltd. and Wu Genhong, Jiangyuan" and the "Asset Purchase Agreement of Convertible Corporate Bonds of Anhui Sanchu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. between Hunan Hualing Cable Co., Ltd. and Wu Genhong, Jiangyuan." The company will acquire 70% of the equity of Anhui Sanchu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by the counterparty through cash acquisition and issuance of convertible corporate bonds, with a total transfer price of RMB 183 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold a 70% stake in Sanchu Technology.
