Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Wancheng Holdings (02892) has announced that starting from December 16, 2025, (i) Mr. Lou Jiaqiang BBS, MH, JP (Mr. Lou) will be reassigned from executive director to non-executive director, and will resign from his position as CEO and chairman of the board's executive committee in order to devote more time to handle his personal business affairs; and (ii) Mr. Wang Tingcong SBS, JP (Mr. Wang), executive director and chairman of the company, will be appointed as CEO and chairman of the executive committee to replace Mr. Lou.
