The Shanghai Express Industry Trade Union Federation has been established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of express delivery workers.

Journalists learned from the Shanghai Postal Administration that the inaugural meeting of the Shanghai Express Industry Union Federation and the first plenary meeting of the first committee were held on December 12th. The Party Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the main leaders of the Municipal Postal Administration attended the meeting, unveiled the plaque for the Express Industry Union Federation and delivered speeches. In the next step, the Shanghai Express Industry Union Federation will strive to innovate leadership methods, expand service content, focus on strengthening its own construction, continuously improve the theoretical level and performance capabilities of union cadres; deepen unity and guidance, effectively strengthen the ideological and political leadership of the vast number of express delivery workers; focus on rights protection services, adhere to putting express delivery personnel at the center, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of express delivery workers, and truly build the Shanghai Express Industry Union Federation into a "home for workers" that express delivery workers can rely on and trust.
