Zhixin Finance News APP, Century Union Holdings (01959) and the offeror MSINT LTD jointly announced that on December 11, 2025, the offeror completed the acquisition of approximately 377 million shares from Chong Jie Limited and Mr. Luo Houjie, accounting for approximately 71.12% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this joint announcement, at a total cash consideration of approximately 153 million Hong Kong dollars, or approximately 0.405 Hong Kong dollars per share sold.
