Zhiwei Intelligent announced that the company had previously deliberated and approved a proposal to provide a guarantee amount of up to 6 billion yuan for its subsidiary. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Everbright Bank, providing joint and several liability guarantees for the comprehensive credit lines of 200 million yuan and 20 million yuan respectively applied for by its wholly-owned subsidiaries Dongguan Zhiwei and Zhengzhou Zhiwei. After this guarantee, the total amount of guarantees for the company and its subsidiaries is 6 billion yuan, accounting for 286.72% of the audited net assets in 2024; the total external guarantee balance is 28.5044 million yuan, accounting for 1.36%. The asset-liability ratio of Zhengzhou Zhiwei exceeds 70%, and the company warns of investment risks.
