AVIC AVIC Subsidiary (302132.SZ) Signs Investment Cooperation Agreement with AVIC Company

Zhtng Financial APP News, China Aviation Industry Corporation (302132.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Chengfei Company"), intends to sign an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with the Management Committee of the Industrial Concentration Development Zone in Qingyang District to openly acquire more than 200 mu of industrial land near Wenjiang Airport for project construction. According to the requirements of Chengdu industrial land flexible transfer access conditions, the investment intensity per mu shall not be less than 5 million yuan, and the total planned investment of the project is about 1 billion yuan. Chengfei Company will invest in, construct, and operate the construction project of the aerospace equipment assembly base in Qingyang District.
